Renowned Group, an award-winning, Dallas-based luxury construction and renovation firm specializing in custom homes, remodeling, and condo renovations, is excited to announce that Jake Parvino, CMCA, AMS, has joined the team as Director of Business Operations.
Jake brings more than 15 years of experience in community association management, with deep expertise in luxury high-rise residential buildings. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with HOA boards, building management teams, and residents to navigate the unique complexities of condo communities — from coordinating construction projects within occupied buildings to managing strict building rules, insurance requirements, and resident expectations. That perspective gives Renowned Group an inside-out understanding of the environments where so many of its projects take place.

Most recently, in his role as Vice President of Community Operations, Jake oversaw new development and existing Single Family Home communities throughout Houston. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President of Community Management in Los Angeles, where he oversaw substantial regional growth and helped lead the acquisition of two management companies. Earlier in his career, he served as the Onsite General Manager of luxury high rise condominiums in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Jake is a recipient of the CACM Vision Leadership Award and the CAI Innovative Management Award, and holds a BBA in Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans.
