Every interior and building system was rebuilt, and the two floors were united by a custom structural staircase that anchors the entire design.
At the heart of the lower level is a chef’s kitchen built for both cooking and entertaining. It features custom cabinetry, stone countertops, and a striking La Cornue range crowned by a custom brass hood, along with upgraded plumbing, lighting, and ventilation to support serious culinary use. Just beyond the kitchen, a wet bar with backlit stone millwork and integrated refrigeration extends the space’s effortless flow, making the entire level ideal for hosting. New oak herringbone flooring, refined wall finishes, and improved lighting tie the living and dining areas together, creating a warm, gallery-like setting designed for gathering.
