Located in one of Dallas’ most sought-after neighborhoods, the home’s original kitchen was dark, enclosed, and no longer served the needs of a contemporary lifestyle. Our client envisioned a bright, open space with refined finishes, smart functionality, and a clean, modern aesthetic.
We began the Bluffview kitchen remodel by removing interior walls and widening the entrance to create a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A new double pocket door enhances flow, while natural light floods the now-open layout.
The redesigned kitchen features a stunning peninsula with a waterfall-edge stone countertop, custom-stained cabinetry, and flush power outlets. Slab-front cabinets offer generous storage, while panel-ready Sub-Zero appliances, a Wolf induction cooktop, and double ovens deliver performance without compromising the design. A hidden wine fridge and a retractable coffee bar add a layer of everyday luxury.
Behind clean, minimalist lines, this Bluffview kitchen remodel hides powerful functionality: lift-up cabinet doors, soft-close drawers, LED task lighting, integrated USB ports, and custom appliance garages. Even the former laundry closet was reimagined—replacing a stacked washer and dryer with a side-by-side layout and built-in cabinetry above.
One of the highlights of this remodel was the smart use of previously hidden space behind a wall, which became the home for the wine cooler, pantry, refrigerator, and double ovens—creating a streamlined, highly efficient appliance wall.
