Dallas ADA Bathroom Remodel

The client was looking for bathroom remodel to improve seriously out of date, and in the process, convert it to an ADA standards bathroom that would be able to accommodate her as she grew older. [Best_Wordpress_Gallery id="10" gal_title="Dallas Bathroom Remodel - Aug-2016"] We took out the existing finishes, and converted the doorway to accommodate a pocket door that was the wider dimensions required by ADA standards. We also lowered the level of the sub-floor in order to remove the existing threshold. The client chose a white subway tile with a blue accent tile for her shower, and rather than tiling the floor we installed a white slip resistant epoxy floor that tied in perfectly with the color scheme created with the tile. With finishing touches like a custom above toilet storage cabinet, we were able to create a light, airy bathroom that felt much larger than the standard 1950’s bathroom, and much more personal than the standard ADA bathroom remodel.
