- Demo existing flooring through out home
- Demo kitchen- cabinets, counter, fur downs, tile, scrape popcorn ceiling
- Cut into slab to add electrical for new island to have power
- Rough in LED can lightning
- Rough in pendant lighting
- Move drain and water lines to accommodate relocation of sink and dishwasher
- New tile flooring in entry, living, hallway, formal dining, and kitchen
- New baseboard
- Paint kitchen walls and ceilingI
- nstall new cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash, and new appliances
- Trim out new lighting
