COVID-19/Coronavirus Impact On Remodeling Projects

Dear Valued Renowned Customers, 

At Renowned Renovation, the safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and trade partners is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we all play in the successful completion of your projects.

We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps recommended by the CDC for Businesses and Employers. We will be educating our employees and trades-persons to ensure our time in your home does not add risk to anyone's health. We will be doing wellness checks daily and asking anyone that doesn’t feel well to stay home. 

• Occupied and Unoccupied projects: There will be a designated handwashing sink for employees and trade partners. If there is not currently a sink operable, one will be installed, or a hand sanitizing station will be provided when available.
  (Early April is the first availability for sanitizer through our suppliers)
• Occupied projects: If you or anyone in your household does not feel well, please let us know so that we can either reschedule or make sure the area we are working in is contained and a communication plan is in place.
• Warranty: Within your owner portal in Buildertrend, you have the ability to add a claim with photos, videos, and descriptions. Please add as many details as possible, and we will contact you individually. Timelines may be affected depending on the severity of the issue.
• Site Meetings: We ask that there be no direct contact between customers, employees, and trade partners. 

With schools and daycare centers closing temporarily in an already tight labor market, we can expect delays in labor performance. To ensure timely completion, we have immediately pushed out our booking window by 30 days and letting future customers know we will be moving back start dates if needed. Our goals are to finish current projects and to ensure the proper allocation of labor resources. 

On a positive note, we do not foresee any impact on our product timing as the majority of our products are manufactured in the USA.
